Lady Gaga’s video for “Bad Romance”. Directed by Francis Lawrence.

I don’t normally talk about Lady Gaga, but I want to draw attention to 1) the gorgeous art direction and 2) a slick fashion marketing spot (still deciding if I love it or hate it). In the finale of the video, Gaga is wearing a polar bear dress and it sets a flame. The coat is by Benjamin Cho and was created for his runway show with the Humane Society. So it’s not actually a carcass, but entirely faux fur, and animal-cruelty free. The house reworked it specifically for Gaga for the video.
